I'm going to be very honest, as I have been with many anime artists - try to avoid it! The anime! .. okay, sure, there is some nice anime work out there, but I feel that after a while you will be able to develop your own skill, whatever that may be.. you don't have to depend on doing the eyes, the mouths, the wings, a certain 'anime' way.. just don't settle on it okay? :)

man if I had a dollar for every DBZ picture I've drawn I'd have...well a lot of dollars man! Piccolo was always my favorite, he could regrow his arms and the Special Beam Cannon...AWSOME!

yah, actually my favorite was Andriod 16 (I think) the big guy with the green vest who detatched his arms and shot huge energy blasts out of the stubs! friggen so cool! wanted me to be an amputee hardcore when I was younger!

I saw your post on the forums. And from the looks of it you draw rather well from refrencing. Been a while since I watched DBZ. Looks like you could use a bit of structure when you freehand stuff.. Have you ever considered refrencing from RL pics?

I might not be super great but I will try to help anyway I can. =)
